No one is allowed to attack anyone in an alliance above 150 without Host or VH permission, this number will change as our alliance becomes more powerful.
I will be setting up an account on evolliance, all members are suggested to register. This is not required if you don't want to sign up for an account but it can be very, very helpful in times of war. When the account is setup I will give further instruction as to how to register.
